Nancy Gramajo

Front Office Supervisor

Nancy Gramajo joined IUI as a front desk representative in June 2020. In 2021, she was given the opportunity to serve as a trainer/lead for new onboarding front office team members. In this role, Nancy shared and implemented her mission of providing exemplary customer service to patients, ensuring that their check in and check out was handled with grace and care. She excelled at building very efficient front office and central scheduling teams and was promoted to Front Office Supervisor in March 2022. Nancy oversees med rec/precertification/central scheduling and front office teams for all IUI/SCI facilities and works directly with six different departments. She feels that it is of utmost importance to make sure patients and staff feel heard and supported, and she encourages her team to make this a part of their focus in all encounters with each other and patients. Her motto is “Work hard and be nice to people.”

Nancy was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. In November 2007. She relocated to Nampa, Idaho, where she became a supportive member of community events. Nancy attended College of Western Idaho in 2010, pursuing her dream of elementary education. She has years of customer service and leadership experience that she obtained while working in production/shipping for companies in the Treasure Valley such as Lippert Components in Nampa and OmniPure Water Filter Company in Caldwell, always with a focus on customer and consumer satisfaction.

Away from the office, Nancy enjoys spending time with her husband, her dog Bennie, her family and friends. She also enjoys exploring Idaho, entertaining, and traveling.
