Clinic Services Manager
Cami Caudill joined Idaho Urologic Institute as Clinic Services Manager in May of 2024. Cami has 25+ years of experience in Nursing. Her background includes an extensive history in Emergency Medicine, Administrative Nursing Supervisor for the St. Luke’s system as well as Infusion Therapy and Home Health Case Management. Cami became a CNA in 1997, obtained her LPN license in 1999, AASN in 2004, and her BSN through an accelerated program in 2016.
Cami has proved to be a successful leader in a fast-paced hospital environment. She brings a wealth of wisdom and knowledge from her many years in healthcare. She has assisted hospitals in the bid for magnet status and has been awarded the President’s Award along with several commendations for service.
Cami prides herself in being both an advocate for patients as well as all staff. She is very collaborative, has an open-door policy, and strives for exceptional patient outcomes.
Cami loves to run, hike, garden, and is an avid reader. She obtained her Yoga Alliance Teacher Training Certification in 2023. Cami lives in the Caldwell area with her husband, a golden doodle named Luna, a couple of horses and a little flock of chickens. She has three grown children and a granddaughter who she loves spending time with.
