Andrea Wilson is from Arizona and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training. She is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, bringing a strong focus on operational excellence and process improvement to her work.
Andrea’s professional background is diverse, beginning with ten years working on a dairy farm, where she developed a strong work ethic and deep appreciation for teamwork (and cows). She later gained experience in healthcare administration working in prior authorizations for a durable medical equipment company before relocating to Idaho.
Since joining Idaho Urologic Institute in October 2021, Andrea has served in several roles, including Patient Representative, Project Manager, and now Supervisor of the Patient Access Team, overseeing central scheduling and referrals. In her current role, she is dedicated to improving workflows, enhancing patient access, and supporting efficient, patient-centered operations.
