Samuel Uebelacker, PA-C, MPAS joined Idaho Urologic Institute in 2020 after graduating from Idaho State University’s PA program. He received his bachelor’s and master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Idaho, and later attended Boise State University for pre-physician assistant studies.
Sam was born and raised in Boise, ID, and though he has spent time living in Italy, Japan, Wyoming and other parts of Idaho, he keeps finding himself drawn back to the Treasure Valley. He now lives in Meridian.
Sam has a love for all things outdoors, and enjoys spending his time rock climbing, telemark skiing, backpacking, hiking, and camping. He also stays active playing in local ice hockey and softball leagues.
He is a member of the Idaho Academy of Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and the American Urologic Association.
