This pricing does not include care for any complications that are recognized with your treatment/test/procedure. In addition, expenses or fees resulting from complications subsequent to your treatment/test/procedure are not included. In the event that this occurs, your total costs may increase.

The costs provided are only an estimate. Your actual costs will depend upon the actual codes associated with care received (this is often not known until AFTER your appointment. Please contact us for more detailed pricing and explanations.

This website is a partial list and the out-of-pocket (cash) costs based on being paid in full, in advance (some treatments/tests/procedures are not eligible for a discount). We are able to offer these prices due to the lack of expense in processing the insurance claim and the absence of risk for non-payment. Alternative payment arrangements can be made with our business office using CareCredit. Once again, if you have insurance coverage, the prices listed do not apply since your insurance requires us to comply with the contract we have with your insurance company.
