Idaho Urologic Institute shares health information with other providers via the Idaho Health Data Exchange. Idaho Health Data Exchange, IHDE, is a health information exchange that works with doctors, nurses, labs, and other medical providers to securely access their patient’s electronic health information quickly to improve the speed, quality, safety, and cost of patient care. The IHDE portal includes information such as labs and imaging results, diagnostic and treatment records, medical diagnosis information, medication allergies, medications, and immunization records. Other personal information such as insurance coverage and demographic information like date of birth, address, sex, telephone number and Social Security number are also accessible to your providers through IHDE. Certain information is only included with your permission such as HIV/AIDS or medical emergencies.
